Important Terms and Conditions of Kundu Tirtho - O – Vraman

The Terms and Conditions given hereunder and on our website, (any other printed material) and Brochures, form the basis of our agreement and understanding with you. You are required to read, understand and accept all the terms and conditions and Brochure before you register yourself / family / friends for any of our tour

  1. Rs.6, 000/- per head in advance to be paid for the booking before 150 days until
    Availability of seat.
  2. Balance amount to be paid by cash/account payee cheque/neft/rtgs/draft in favour
    Of Kundu Tirtho – O – Vraman at least 30 days before the date of journey, failing
    Which the reservation of seat will be treated as cancelled.
  3. Tour cost includes – transportation as per itinenary, accommodation in hotel
    (family wise) additional person in the same room will provide either cot or mattress
    .All meals at hotel (bed tea to dinner).
  4. Entry fee, guide charge, any tax, camera charge, water activities etc will borne by
    The passenger.
  5. In case the tour is extended for any unavoidable circumstances then extra amount
    Will borne by the passenger.
  6. Due to natuaral calamity, strike, political disturbance, if the tour is cancelled, in
    That case 25% of the tour cost will be deducted from the from the advance amount.
  7. Tour programme may be changed, altered, varied, extended or cancelled due to any
    Reason, management will not liable for the same.
  8. If there is any increase in fuel cost for transportation after booking,the difference
    Amount will borne by the passenger.
  9. Management will not be responsible for any liability towards loss/damage of life or
    Belongings whatsover of the passenger by accident, theft, robbery or any other
    Unwanted happenings during journey.
  10. Passenger should carry theit govt. Approved photo identity card & covid
    Vaccinated certificate during the journey.In case of student,carry their school
    Identity card or certificate along with photo copies.
  11. Per passenger is allowed to carry their personal luggage of 24x12x8 inches in size
    & 20 kg in weight, beyond that excess luggage charges will borne by the passenger.
  12. Passengers are requested to carry their personal medicines.
  13. No cancellation will be accepted without prior cancellation letter.
  14. All legal matters will be settled within kolkata jurisdiction only.
  15. Gst – 5% applicable & 5% tcs applicable for international tour only.
  16. It is confirmed that the passenger is fully aware of the terms & conditions &
    Cancellation policy of the company before signing the proposal cum agreement copy.
